Instruments used to record images- cameras, microscopes, telescopes etc. work according to the same basic principle. An objective projects the image at a screen, where the picture is recorded. The first reflector was constructed by Gallileo , thus he was the first to observe the Jupiter moons. Nowadays optical instruments are indispensable.Any time I make a snapshot with my Nikon or Cannon camera or start recording with my JVC video camera I become gratefully aware of the flow of time. A voyeur- a motif hunter.

Visible light is only a trifling part of the entire radiation magnitude spectrum.

Making films is a very complex process, since a director is totally helpless without a support and faith of his crew. As it is a rather new medium ( in 1896 in Lyon, France, the Lumiere brothers shot he first motion pictures) with the most powerful suggestibility of description, the improvements in the narrative procedures present a great challenge to the story inventors.

are important as well. But the people- either the actors or the real characters are the only generators of emotional fluid, which is the distinctive feature of good films and also an oxymoron of the whole complexity of an accomplishment.

I have always approached the characters in my films with respect. I have learned a lot from my cameramen.
